Netflix

When I try and log onto Netflix from the app on my virgin tv box it won’t connect all of the time? This is happening more often? Any ideas??

I have suffered from this quite a lot as well, I would find that rebooting the V6 box remedied it for a while for the issue to return after a day or so, I experienced the same with the Prime app. To be honest what I am doing now is using the both the Netflix and Prime apps which are built into the TV, they seem to work flawlessly all the time. Sorry, this is little help.

Can you both try following the instructions in this help link, it seems to have solved most peoples issues with Netflix, Prime etc virgin-tv-error-codes/604
