Hello. I have already got a Netflix account but my parents wanted to watch it via the Netflix app on virgin media. After signing in and choosing a programme, it will play for no longer than 10 minutes and a message error will pop up. What do I do?

Can you confirm the error code you're getting please?
Also is this happening on both Movies and Tv Programs?
