Another frustrating evening trying to watch a film on Netflix where the connection keeps failing , I have tried with the Tivo box connected by ethernet and not connected which makes no difference

I have similar problems with you tube / I player and any other app I try to run .

Re starting the router when connected via ethernet clears the problem


Do I need the router or box looking at or maybe provider as it is really starting to wind me up

Thanks for your post and for reaching out to us at the community forums. Sorry to hear that your Netflix viewing was interrupted. If you are experiencing connection drops with a wired connection, was the hub showing as disconnected to the network? Any flashing lights? You can find out what the hub lights mean here

Are you experiencing other internet related issues or is it only the apps within the TiVo/V6? If so what error message are you getting?
