Netflix

Netflix is constantly buffering and coming up with a error code when we try to use it lately,  we have to turn the whole set up off at the plugs and restart nearly every time we use it. Please can someone help with this issue.

Hi unfortunately, as you have posted on here I assume you have an older Tivo box, the only solution is to upgrade to a V6 which means you need to have virgins broadband.Regards Micky

I do have virgin broadband, how do I know what tivo box I have ?

Hi look at your online account, the V6 is a small square box about 12inchs or in new money 30 cm square the older Tivo is much bigger. Regards Micky
