Netflix

Going onto netflix through Virgin channel and it just saying.. sorry can't connect please try and again later but our Internet is fine, tried resetting every but still not working?

Hi Heidiboo30,

Thanks for using the forums to get this Netflix issue sorted, I am sorry if this problem has suddenly started. 

I am aware that you posted this on Monday so this could be fixed by now, but just in case can I ask you to do a reboot at the back of the box (not the mains) and try to sign into Netflix again. 

Let me know what happens or if everything is fine now 🙂
