Netflix

I can't access Netflix via the app I see someone in the past has said go to channel 204 but that doesn't work either

Thanks for the post Sarahbolera.

 

Can we please confirm if the Tivo box you're using is plugged into the Hub through ethernet or is this connected through WiFi? Are you having any trouble with other broadband connections as this is what Netflix is streamed through.

 

We'd also like to go through the below steps to see if this clears any errors on the app.

Home> Help&Settings> Settings> Network> Connect to Virgin Media Service Now
