Netflix is saying device not connected to internet and error code NW-2-5 any advice for this please

Also having this issue
My internet is working fine buy anything related to the red button such as Netflix or IPlayer does not work

Hi I accessed my Netflix by going to channel 204 and pressed the red button and signed in from there and mine now works hope this helps you as well
