Netflix stopped playing on my virgin tv 2 days ago. Clicking on the app now just brings back the menu and will not go into Netflix. Has anyone had this same problem? WiFi is definitely working, Netflix is working on laptop.
I've also got difficulty on V6, started about a week ago and has been continual since then. I can get past the menu, but when I click on any selection I get message "We're having trouble playing this title at the moment. Please try later or select different title." Same message has continued all week whatever I try to play. I can play netflix fine from laptop - any title with no problem, so its not a netflix account issue.
