Netflix won't load

Hi, 

I'd appreciate if someone could help me. Its been a few days my Netflix won't load. Either you go on channel 204 or thru the phone app, the first screen shows up but once you press red button, it blinks and we are back again to same screen as if we just put on that channel. Tried also going in thru Apps on main menu but when you press netflix it brings me back to same menu.

Sorry to hear you're having some issues with Netflix.

 

Can you confirm if you've rebooted both your hub and your set- top box?

 

Any change since your post on Saturday?
