I have had an email saying I have requested to pay for my Netflix subscription via my virgin media account. I don’t have a Netflix account so I can’t login and cancel it. This has happened for the last 3 months each month I have to go through the pain of explaining that I don’t have a Netflix account and it is fraud. Eventually after speaking to several departments it gets cancelled. Due to the current situation I can’t get through on the phone. I have sent a text to the text service and am now on my third department and still not got through to the right people. Anyone else have this issue? I have spoken to Netflix who agree that I don’t have a Netflix account so can’t cancel it with them. So frustrating!!
