Netflix stops after 30 mins or so

When watching Netflix it stops working after about 30 mins and a message says content not available try later but nothing then works and the box has to be rebooted to get Netflix back. I have also had this with Amazon so it is not a Netflix issue but must be a Virgin problem

Any suggestions?

It happens on both boxes. One is a V6 and one is the older model.

Is the 'content not available' message occurring on both boxes for a specific title or for any title? Also can you confirm if the boxes are connected by cable or wireless?

Both boxes for any title on Netflix or Amazon Prime. Connected by cable.

And rebooting the box always cures the issue.
