Tivo box. SG6 area. Constant pixellation on virgin tv. All channels.
Only happens for a shirt while but every couple of minutes. Cables checked. Box rebooted..no effect.
Also Netflix constantly stops via virgin.
But perfectly allright via Internet.
Been calling virgin..on hold for over an hour several times.
Messages not answered.
Tried booking engineer..no good.
This is the poorest service when supplier ignores customers.
I think I will be moving to another provider unless sorted very soon.
It may be that you genuinely need an engineer visit or VM intervention here, but let's break it down.
First, which box do you have? Check here
Pixellation on live TV, assuming you've restarted, is a symptom of signal issues which need either engineer investigation or a replacement box - VM can decide which, remotely.
OnDemand & streaming dropping could depend on which box you have, and a few other variables.
