Netflix sound synch issue

Hi there,

We're on the Fun Tv package, with Netflix included via the box app. Unfortunately on most programmes/films there is a distinct, continuous, and expanding gap between sound and picture. We have to keep hitting pause for the sound to catch up with the picture. This is a pain in the neck anyway, but from time to time it actually causes the app to crash.

Since Virgin Media have disappeared behind a wall of automation and I can't talk to anybody--does anybody here have recommendations on how to fix this issue?

I should add that this looks like a V6 box, so I may have posted in the wrong part of the forum.
