I'm Robert McHenry and support worker to Lawrence through St. Anne's community Service, (manager Kenny Egbebi).
The Netflix account that was set up yesterday by myself isn't required for 4 screen in HD it's only the basic package that's required.
But when setting it up for him I entered the incorrect email address so we can't retrieve the password to the account through Netflix.
The email address to use for the account is this email address [REMOVED]
Then we will receive the passcode email and he can access his Netflix account,
