I am able to access Netflix through my TiVo box but sadly a number of titles on there say this titles I cannot view at this time. I have contacted netflix and accessed Netflix through my laptop and i dont have the same issues. So I'm thinking it must be a virgin issue. Also this issue has only been an issue since we have had a new tivo box.
If the box is a TiVo can you power off your box and ensure that all coaxial connections are tight. If it's a V6 ensure that it has a good connection to the hub (an Ethernet cable is best). Now power the box back on.
