Netflix issue

Hi, 

We have recently got a new TV and this is all connected to our tv box. However when using Netflix every programme/ film we attempt to play it shows a week are having trouble playing this right now’ on a black screen. The only way I have found to get this working is to unplug the tv box and then reload. Which I am having to do every time I turn the tv on.. any help on this?

Hi Clt24,

Have you gone into the VM box settings and checked the Video Output Format is correct for your new TV as they might need altering from your old setup?

You can test format or auto detect.

On the V6  you reach that option via Help & Settings > Settings > Video Output . Video Output Format 

It should be similair on the older TIVO's
