My Netflix app has stopped working on my second TiVo box. Anytime I try to open it, it's closes after 1 second. Can anyone help?
Is this a TiVo or a V6?
Have you tried restarting the box? And are any other apps working - say the BBC iPlayer?

It's a TiVo box. Yeh I've restarted it and all other apps are working. It's only Netflix that isn't working.

I'm sorry for the late reply, and to see you've been having some issues with the Netflix app.
Can you please try the below on your V6 box-
Can you please go to Home > Help & Settings > Help > Our Other Products > Broadband. Then select ‘Take a speed test’.
And let me know what the outcome is?
