Netflix freezing

Please can you help I keep trying to watch Netflix through my virgin media top box and it keeps freezing . I have had a lot of broadband issues recently so I would be grateful if you could help with this please. I have been a customer for a number of years now and at the moment not very happy with the service I am paying for thanks Karen

Do you have a TiVo or a V6? Check here if you're not sure.

Is it only Netflix you have issues with?

Sorry to hear about the issues with Netflix

I will be honest and say the TiVo box you have would need replacing to a V6 box 

This will improve the service tenfold 

I am more than happy to take a look at this for you 
I will need to send you a private message to pass security 
If you can check the purple envelope top right of your screen that would be great
