I have a massive problem with Netflix freezing pretty much every 10 minutes.
It's very frustrating and any movie I start to watch ends up being turned off or taking an hour extra.
It also happens on BBC I player too.
Can someone help?

What action do I need to take if that's the case? Just checked and its a Tivo box.

Check the front-left of your box, there's a series of green lights. Second from left is your "online" light which indicates your box's internet connection.
Solidly on is good, flashing is bad. If that's happening, I'd suggest calling Virgin on 150 to report the fault.
If you have Virgin broadband and also use the streaming apps on your box a lot, I'd recommend taking a look at the newer V6 box which handles them all a lot better.
The green button is indeed flashing so I will follow your advice. Thanks again for all your help! I'll get onto Virgin Media and get it sorted asap.
