This is SO annoying. EVERY time I watch Netflix, it crashes after about 5 mins, and I get the c130 error code. Yes, when I reboot (or wait 10 mins) it works again, but that's not acceptable every time I watch Netflix?! All tests done show wifi is spot on. Any clues, anyone?!
Are you using a TiVo or a V6? If you're not sure, check here
I'm going to hazard a guess you have a TiVo, in which case... on the front-left of the box, there's a series of green lights. Second from left has a painted heart symbol next to it and indicates your box's internet online status. Is it solid or flashing?
If you have a V6, then please follow Home > Help & Settings > Settings > Network, and report what is listed in the top-right.
