Netflix and amazon prime

Hi there, I know this has been asked before. I have 2 V6 boxes. Main one in lounge and 1 in bedroom feed with power line adapters. Problem is every time I want to watch on main box I get ( there seems to be a problem ) message coming up, Netflix & prime. Only fix is to reset the box every time which is a pain in the ###. As the second box in bedroom never has a problem would this not point to a problem with the main box which is connected directly to the router. Many thanks

Are you able to swap the boxes around? That'd prove it either way.
