Netflix/Prime app programs not working

Both these apps load fine but when selecting a program to watch Prime tries to load then goes to a black screen and Netflix gives an "We're having trouble playing this title at the moment. Please try again later or select a different title" error?

Both apps work fine when accessed through the TV rather than through Virgin TV and has been persisting for at least a week now.

Go to the home screen on your v6 go to help & settings.

Then go to clear & reset follow the options for resetting the box should be thumbs down three times then last channel button.

Wait for the box to reset then try the apps again.

I may have had it wrong as my options are:

Restart the TiVo box

Clear Thumb Ratings

Clear Programme Info & Planned Recs

Clear & Delete Everything

I searched what the TiVo box looked like and mine is definitely square like the V6!?

Hi @TanishaJ

I would suggest turning the v6 off using the switch at the back of the box and turning it back on again.

Whilst turning it back on hold down both the + and - buttons on the front of the v6, this should reset the box and hopefully resolve your issue.
