Netflix / Amazon Prime

Hi I joined Virgin Media on Wednesday 21st October 2020, took the 'Full Package'...Maxit TV Inc Sky sports, BT sport's, movies etc. Subscribed for multi room, 2 SIM cards, home phone, 2 360 boxes etc etc. Since having equipment installed and going live I have been unable to access either Netflix or Amazon Prime. I contacted Virgin 6 days ago and was advised that because of an error on their part we had to wait for 'codes' to access these channels !!! I don't really understand the process, has anyone else had this problem, if so can you please advise what I need to do now ? Thank you in advance Michelle.

How are things today? Is the box connected over wired or WiFi?
