Hi my Tivo remote is broke and its imposable to get through to virgin media, and the order new remote page on web site is down. Cant message them through my Virgin app. It like they just shut down all they call center's.
The call centres haven't been shut down, but they are working at reduced capacity so you will have to persistent and try calling at different times. Early morning, around 8 am may be best. You can also try using the messaging service here:
