Very vulnerable uncle requires engineer to urgently visit and fix TV. Remote fixes are not working. In tier 3 lockdown. He can't remember password so can't get help over phone. Very distressed. Someone help please?
Hi My elderly and vulnerable uncle has had 3 engineers visit and each one say they have fixed the problem but the same thing happens each time. he has left messages for someone to call him, but no-one has, he is getting extremely upset and anxious about this. can someone get in touch asap, please?
