Hi I have had no on demand on the box now for over 2 months. Iv done all asked on line, rang up on hold for over an hr just to be hung up on, no reply from web chat! So no on demand, no netflix no catch up etc etc and menu keeps saying to be announced! What am I paying over £60 a month for? If someone could kindly help me through this way would be greatly appreciated.
If a V6 - that gets its online content via its connection to the Hub. How is it connected to the Hub - wifi or ethernet?
No matter which its likely to have "lost" that connection..
Go to home>settings>network>view status and report back what it says about the connection - then try remaking the connection.
A tivo gets the online info from its own modem connection down the coax cable.
