I was due to move house on 9 April, my services are due to be cancelled that day, then reinstalled at my new house 17 April. due to the Covid19 crisis my move has been delayed. I have been trying to contact Virgin but sadly I don't seem to be getting anywhere. Delays are to be expected and I obviously understand how busy and understaffed they are, but I do need to know this cane be sorted before 9 April. Any help would be appreciated.
