My Virgin Media TV Box has stopped working

Hi, My Virgin Media TV box has recently stopped working and as a result I can't watch any TV.  The light on the front which is normally red when switched off, and white when switched on - is flashing red and white continuously when switched on so something is clearly not working.  Can anyone suggest how I get help from Virgin Media please - ideally for me to receive a new box. Thank you.
