My TV pictures pixelated and distorted for last 2 days

Hi,

For past 2 days, Virgin TV was pixelated and distorted. The pictures getting stuck every 30 secs. Tried to reach technical support but was not reachable. TV test results came as there was a problem on the test results. No update. 

Please can you let me know how to get this resolved.

i founf the only way to get things done is to keep trying the phone support, ring at 8 am and stay on hold for an hour. It still took me a few attemtps at this to get through to speak to someone

Check by calling 0800 5610061 that there's no reported area faults that could be causing this, and reboot your box to be sure.

If both draw a blank, then call TV Faults and report your issues. 150 or 0345 4541111 and follow the options for "I have a fault with my TV service"

The diagnostics on the phone-IVR can be useful if they diagnose a fault and arrange an engineer without your needing to queue. The online ones, I'm not so convinced about.
