Hi i got the new mulan movie to watch and the sound is distorted tried contacting virgin but can't through tried emailing and no response any ideas?

It's disappointing that there was an issue when you tried to watch Mulan. Did you rent the film or buy it?

I've checked the account from here and can't see that it's been purchased through us, therefore it will have been purchased through our Store.
I'm afraid we'd need our Store team to look into this on 0800 027 0801 as it's not something we can do from here.
