Moving house

Moving house

new house has no service in the area

need to cancel, phoneline states moving house team not available due to covid and no answer via the robot message service how do i speak to someone we move in 2 weeks

Hi Jemb2212,

You could try the text messaging service.

Just send  a text with a description of move home  to 07533 051809. Your message will go into a queue and a representative will respond to you as soon as possible. It may take a few days. 

You can also call  150 from your Virgin landline, or 0345 454 1111, but best to call at 8am to avoid call queues.

If you are still in contract there may be some early cancellation fees

the phone number doesnt work as you select move house and the team isnt available
