I have been trying to get hold Virgin Media for the last few days with no success whatsoever. Even if I wait for one hour on the line, I still get disconnected! I have all my attempts recorded. Coronavirus at this stage is not an excuse for not providing the service over the phone as people can work from home, especially when it is impossible to do what i am asking for online! I am moving abroad on 1st April 2020 and will be closing all my businesses here. I know I have to give a month notice that is why I wanted to sort this out and pay if anything is left to pay excluding cancellation fee as under this circumstances it would be unacceptable to charge customer for it. If i don't hear back until 30th March, I will cancel my direct debit with you and you will not receive any further payment! And Virgin will have no rights to charge me any further.
