Moved home

Hi all

need some advice

 

i gave virgin 6 weeks notice of my house move to an area they didn’t supply, was told my account was paid up and they would send me a confirmation of final bill and a parcel for the equipment to my new address

 

i moved two weeks ago and no parcel so checked my online account and they are still billing me until end of July, tried on line chat and calling multiple times but due to covid I cannot get through to anyone

very frustrated as I have been a loyal customer for ten years and would have stayed if they supplied my new area

 

any ideas what I should do
