We need our hub moving from upstairs to downstairs and our tv moved to the other side of the room. Are the engineers working on jobs like these at the moment?

Currently the engineers are only doing installs, moving of equipment not at the moment, you have been made aware that there will be a £99 charge for a non-fault callout.

Just noticed that currently the normal service should be restarting in approx 2 weeks, but as we know that this may change depending on the current crisis and also depending on the backlog.
