I know I have to contact CS for this request, which is difficult at this time (COVID).
I'm aware there is a charge, but are VM still doing relocations of boxes or is this temporarily suspended?

I’ll try the phone again in the morning, but the battery in the remote handset ran out after a while....
It’s probably going to be easier to wait for contact here and leave the phones for urgent cases.
