I upgraded my package to Maxit TV on Wednesday (25th) and received my confirmation email yesterday that everything was in place. The other channels I was meant to get have not appeared - i have tried rebooting but that doesn't work. Can someone check it out for me? Thanks
First off, how did you request this package change - was it online (can take upto 48hours as they're still done manually) or over the phone? And do you mean Wednesday 23rd or today, Friday 25th? 🙂 Just to avoid doubt - I think you mean Wednesday 23rd but worth being sure!
You can try following (on your TiVo remote) Home > Help & Settings > TV Care, and there is an option for "I'm missing some channels". This will send a "hit" to your box to refresh your channel list.
If this fails to resolve, then there's a good chance your package change hasn't actually been processed yet - in which case you're likely to need to call C/S and see if there's a problem with it. Any changes done via this route are normally immediate.

Hi, yes I did mean the 23rd lol....this working from home is not doing me any good with days and dates!! It was done over the phone. I have tried your suggestion and that has worked. Thank you so much!!
