I called today to sort out a new contract, they got it sorted pretty quick but they took the movie channels off then put them back on. They haven’t yet been reinstated, was told to reboot the box but they still haven’t come back on.
The lady I spoke to said she was having problems putting certain codes in, which is why she removed the movies etc. I did call back but was told they should be there.
Can anyone help or should I ring back for the 3rd time, thank you.
