Hi, I have just gotten Virgin and after setting up I only have about 3 channels. I have tried resetting, turning off/on etc...
I seem to be missing access to on demand, catch up and apps too.
Is there anyone who can help, all calls to Virgin lead to the same Corona message.

Yes, I activated it last night. Saw there were no channels and hoped it would resolve itself but no luck.
I can't get through to anyone about this today though and have tried doing all the usual tricks.
