Manage My Box

When selecting 'Manage my box' or 'Manage your V6 or TiVo box' I get the message: 

This page isn’t working. manage-virgintvgo.virginmedia.com is currently unable to handle this request. HTTP ERROR 500

So how can I manage my recordings from a web browser?

Sorry to hear you're having problems managing your recordings for Virgin TV Go. Have you tried clearing your browser cache or a different browser?

 

Are you able to log in OK?
