M63

Hi, I have got the error code M63 on my tv.

I have tried calling 150 but the automated service won’t put me through to a customer service rep, it just keeps asking me to enter my mobile number and they will text me a link to something. I’ve now done this 4 times and still not received a text.

Can someone help me please. Thanks

I went through to a different department who transferred me to TV faults. 50 mins on hold and they hung up.

is anyone able to remotely look at this for me?

Are you still having issues with your TV service?

 

Have you been able to the team since you last posted to get this sorted?

 

I have been able to find your account but cannot access your V6 box remotely, if you still need further help, please could you make sure that your box is powered up and not on standy, I can then look into the issues further.
