Hi recently had both boxes reset by virgin now I keep getting this error code cannot access series links or even explore and now , not as far as I can see Is it recording anything . Any advice be great did try phoning and no luck there though. So appreciate any help any one can offer x
Try calling early on (best between 8am and 9am) and go down the "Thinking of Leaving" route (Options 4-4-2 IIRC). You'll get through to retentions but they do more than just deal with that and *should* be able to sort you out (usually UK based too!).
