M58 error

Any help?

Got 2 tivo boxes, and just put the daughter's box back in her room after a year of not wanting it (standard virgin HD box) installed all updates and got it working again (was never canceled). When I am on home screen I can watch TV in the little box in the top right of the screen, I can also watch Netflix but when I go to channel guide or move out of home screen I get error M58 and cannot seem to do anything further.

Any thoughts please?

Hi as the box has been inactive for that length it will need to be reactivated, it will allow you to see limited channels at the moment, the activation number is 0800 9539500.Regards Micky
