So it’s ok for VM to threaten to cut a vulnerable blind 70 year old if they don’t pay and I complaint and 3 weeks have passed and still not resolved and receive letters Re complaint deadlocked and other responses saying want to hello but no resolution but when I challenge told need more time discraceful way to act I need to understand why this has not been resolved I have done all I have been asked and caused nothing but stress and upset to my mam you have had enough time I need resolved in next few days before I take to the next level no wonder VM is renowned for poor service
