Lost channel

I have the mixit bundle and I’ve lost a channel. I’ve reset the box but it’s still not reappeared. The channel is E! I’ve recorded programs and can no longer view them as it says I’m no longer subscribed to that channel. Has the list changed?

many channels were given free for a limit time during the lockdown. Once they were removed back to the normal packages you will no longer be able to watch the recordings

I’ll have to ring up and get that channel put back on my bundle then....I’m in the middle of a series!

There is no adding an extra channel.

Assuming you are on the Mixit TV bundle, you would need one of the Personal Picks bundles at an extra £10 per month.
