I want to leave and can’t get to speak to anyone. How can I cancel my contract?
Tried phoning again and again I was on hold for 38 minutes and then got cut off AGAIN 😡. How can I get to speak to someone when nobody answers the phone.
l want to cancel my package and can not do it online!

Same boat here and I need to cancel ASAP. I'm not even getting to the stage of the call where I get put on hold. Just pointed towards the website and then hung up on. What route are you taking when you ring them to get on hold?
