Lagging pixalted jumpy tv area 20

 My tv is lagging , jumping and pixalating constantly, 

 I have tried but cannot run a check, i cannot seem to speak to anyone, the website is super unhelpful ,

we have rebooted, checked all the connections, put a new hdmi cable in, nothing has worked. It is on all of the channels we are unable to watch anything at all.

I am also in area 20 and experiencing the same issue on all channels. We only have 1 x V6 box.  The issue started yesterday evening and has been constantly pixelating all day today.

My contract is due next week so a speedy resolution to these issues would be greatly appreciated otherwise I may look to join another provider.

Exactly the same 1 x V6 box , started last night,

have you tried go speak to anyone? I cannot find any way of communicating that i have a problem

No, not yet. I have ran some tests but all results show no issues found. I will call customer support first thing tomorrow.

I am also having issues in area 20. It’s been happening the last couple of evenings.Not happy with Virgin at all.

I've been with them exactly 12 months and have never had an issue with their service until now, so for the time being, I will give them the benefit of doubt.

Let's see how quickly they take to resolve the problem.

I have the same problem but service desk is absolutely useless. Run by computers with no mind of their own. I want an engineer out but they won't send one. I'm on the phone everyday.
