Re: Kids channels

Hi Uknick,

sorry you are having issues with the kids channels.

have you changed your package?

Are any other channels unavailable?

Have you checked for any TV faults.

You can do this by clicking on the Check sevice status at the top of the page and run some tests

Re: Kids channels

Have you recently called C/S and discussed a package change?

What TV bundle are you on, specifically? You should be able to find details on your most recent bill or your VM-online account.

Re: Kids channels

If you are currently on Full-House, then I'd agree you should be getting these channels, and I'd suggest (in the first instance) following Home > Help & Settings > Help >TV Care > Missing channels.

The packages that have superceded Full House, namely Maxit, does not include the kids channels which are now an optional extra. Quite often if you've changed something else on your package or added/removed some other channels or services, it's possible that you've been moved from Full-House to the newer bundle and (potentially without realising) lost these channels "intentionally". If that's the case, then technically it's not a fault.
