Keep getting error code 602 when watching on demand movies.

When watching movies on demand, error code 602 randomly appears at any stage of the movie. Sometimes I just have to acknowledge by pressing ok on the error code but sometimes even doing this the box defaults into set up mode!

Hi Emily,

No, interrupted again with the same code. Rang customer services and had to re-boot box and hub.

Unfortunately it has happened again this weekend.

 

Frustrating

Can you tell me if this was just with this particular title or has this happened with other movies?

 

Do you get this on Live TV? Do you have this interrupting your viewing on recordings and on streaming services such as Netflix? 

 

Have you been encountered with this error code on any other devices?

Different titles. Only with on demand movies then Sky movies. Not encountered it on anything else.
