I have 2 questions. Firstly, I have homeworks on my bill and I have no idea what it is but it looks as though I am paying for it. Secondly, again due to the fact that my bill is getting very expensive I have looked at my bill and am being charged for 3 boxes. I have hardly ever used one of them so would like to return it to reduce my bill. Any ideas as to go about this as I am going round in circles on the website. Thanks.
