Out of the blue the sound stopped working on my tivo box 3 days ago. I tried everything on Virgin's website and on forums - nothing worked. Ran a test on the website which said there was an issue with the box. Virgin answered my call quickly and after a very frustrating call they agreed to send me a new v6 box. New box has arrived today and I've installed it but still no sound coming from it. Any ideas how to resolve this I really don't want to phone Virgin again.
